Returns & Exchanges

At Illumicrate, we want you to love your fashion finds, but if a piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned garments, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
